D.M. Wills Associates Limited (Wills) has been retained by the Ministry of Transportation (MTO), to undertake a Preliminary and Detail Design Project, for the introduction of a right turn taper, parallel lane, and entrance from Highway 9 west of Airport Road (Project), in the Town of Caledon (Study Area). 

The Project includes the introduction of a right-turn taper, parallel lane, and entrance into the new Runnymede Health Centre, Post Traumatic Stress Injury facility. The facility is proposed to be located on the south side of Highway 9, west of Airport Road in the Mono Mills area within the Town of Caledon, Peel Region.

The Conceptual Plan portion of the Project contemplated design alternatives to determine the preferred option.

The Project is currently in Preliminary and Detail Design, and includes the design of the preferred alternative to the level of detail required to complete construction. More details on Preliminary and Detail Design can be found on the FAQs page.
